What is Expressive Arts Therapy?
Expressive arts therapy uses the arts to assist people with a variety of challenges;whether they be psychological,emotional behavioral or associated with life traumas,relationships, or transitions. Expressive Arts combine the visual arts, movement, drama, music, writing, and other creative processes in order to foster deep personal connection.
Sessions are a safe space, non-judgmental, and creative. Together, we will find-resources to clear the symptoms, meditate, and cultivate loving presence through the-arts. I’ll support you in your journey and discovery of how you can live in a fuller way and how the arts can facilitate change, personal growth, and transformation. The absence of experience in the arts is not a restriction to explore art-making that relates to our senses.
